OUR ALUMNI

After our courses is where the real fun begins

You have the opportunity to become an Iconic Steps alumni and have access to our media partners and importantly job opportunities

We work with you through our ‘Young Person’s Journey’ which focuses on 3 key areas:

1. Skills development – our free courses mentioned above

2. Professional Confidence – ensure that whatever field you go into you are  prepared – personal support, regular 1-2-1s, growth mindset sessions, alumni sessions delivered by industry professionals and building a    community of like minded peers

3. Professional Experience – our media partners provide us with various opportunities from set visits, mentoring, work experience and paid job  rolesminded peers.

OUR COMMERCIAL CREW

Every 18 months we recruit 15 alumni to become part of our commercial team, working on commissioned projects from clients such as 4Talent, British Council and Excel London.

You receive further skills training, alongside building up your own portfolio through the creation of four ‘original’ projects created with the crew.

We value your work, so of course this is paid work.

All of the tutors had this thing about them that made me feel like they wanted to see me win just as much as I wanted to and they were throwing out little gems constantly
