Iconic Steps came to life in 2011 when our founder, Victoria Ijeh, decided to create a course that would connect young people to professionals in the media industry, taking this idea a step further she wanted to provide a way where young people could also earn while trying to break into the industry.
Victoria was primarily interested in young people who needed an extra helping hand – a push in the right direction to fulfil their creative needs. She began working with young people not in education or work, hoping to instil in them the sense of confidence that comes with working creatively.
But to truly help a balance of training and employment is needed, which is what prompted Victoria to set up a separate arm of Iconic Steps, dedicated solely to working with clients and using young people as skilled freelancer to create high quality content.
We’re not just about the training. We’re about high quality video too.
