When you become an alumni of Iconic Steps, you become eligible to join our commercial team and earn while you learn on live briefs.

Across the year, we run intense boot camps to take what you’ve learned in our courses and elevate those skills to be work ready.

If you pass bootcamp, you will join our pool of talent and be hired for work with our commercial team – and be paid for it! We don’t play around and expect the very best from you.

As an alumni, you can apply to become a part of our Youth Advisory Board – a team of young people who keep us informed on how best to support you.

Courses

Our courses are tailored to develop both your hard and soft skills.

Courses range from commercial filmmaking to music video production, screenwriting, mindfulness, professional practice and entrepreneurship – we want you to become well rounded creative professionals.

We ensure that every course has an added value, so opportunities can extend outside the classroom.

Whether it be working with real artists to create your music videos or having masterclasses with recognised industry names – our courses give you the edge to step up.
